We encourage and challenge you to join us! We are looking to hire Junior Fraud Analyst for our Payments and Risk Team

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying fraud patterns or trends and communicating these with the team;
  • Managing basic e-commerce chargeback/fraud KPIs of the merchant accounts portfolio;
  • Monitoring credit card processing and suggesting actions to mitigate losses;
  • Analyzing compromised payment card data, domains and IPs to improve the fraud prevention strategy;
  • Maintaining recurring reports and project trends in chargebacks based on consumer traffic/chargeback ratios;
  • Liaising with our external fraud provider for risk rule set adjustments;
  • Assessing effectiveness of fraud strategies and trading patterns to validate expected impact of changes;

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is considered strong advantage;
  • Basic knowledge of card processing, payment fraud detection or fraud management is a plus;
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree, preferably in Finance, Business or related field;
  • Complete fluency in English- written and oral;
  • Advance Level of Excel;
  • Technology savvy;
  • Superb attention to details;
  • Excellent presentation skills and relationship building skills
  • Positive “Can do” attitude;
