Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Setup along with copy and ads to lander alignment
  • Campaign optimizing and scaling positive results
  • Arranging Creatives and Tracking Links
  • Negotiating and executing media plans and preparing budgets
  • User journey awareness in marketing funnels and cross channel/multitouch conversion campaigns
  • Focused on direct response marketing, not brand awareness
  • Campaign Analysis and delivering ROI objectives
  • Prioritize a growth marketing strategy based on revenue potential
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging capabilities
  • Go-getter attitude in acquiring new business partners and opportunities
  • Prepare sales reporting, strategy planning, and other marketing documentation as needed
  • Other marketing tasks as needed

Requirements

  • +2 years of experience in CPM/CPA/CPC Campaign management on FB, DSP’s, Native, Display, Video, Instagram, Snapchat etc.
  • Managed at least 50k/month of media budget
  • Highly proficient in English, other languages are a plus
  • Good copywriting skills
  • Strong computer and internet competence
  • Microsoft/Google Office, especially Excel/Sheets
  • Analytical thinking for growth and optimization
  • Exceptional communication with internal tech and design teams
  • A/B and multivariate testing knowledge
  • Extreme ownership mindset is an absolute must
  • Good working in groups as well individually
  • Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment, always learning

Desirable skills:

  • Experience with Affiliate/Performance marketing are a plus
  • Wide social media media buying channel experience
  • Experience managing and scaling 6 figure budgets
  • Content Marketing experience
  • Email Marketing Experience
  • Push Marketing Experience
  • SMS Marketing Experience
