TeamCMP is looking for a highly motivated Web Developer with backend skills to join a small, hard-working team currently focused on redesigning our payment system. You will help design, build, and test various microservices and applications for our internal clients using a variety of languages and tools. We work with technologies such as: Amazon Web Services, Kubernetes, Docker, Python, Node.js, PHP, microservices and third-party APIs, and we follow best practices (SOLID, DDD,...).

  • Design, develop, and maintain new features in our product
  • Be involved in the full software development life cycle
  • Develop unit, functional, and integration tests
  • Actively participate in code reviews
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation


  • 1-3 years of experience in web development (backend)
  • Experience with source control tools (we use git)
  • Excellent communication skills – written & verbal
  • Knowledge of object oriented design patterns and principles
  • SQL skills
  • AWS experience (EC2, SQS, Lambda, etc)
  • PHP, Python, and/or NodeJS

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred
